Are these real designer fragrances?
Yes. Every decant is poured from a genuine full bottle, and we keep the purchase receipt for each bottle. The batch code of the source bottle is printed on your vial label. Ask us and we will send a photo of the bottle your decant came from.
What is a decant?
A decant is a small amount of perfume transferred from the original bottle into a smaller atomiser. You get the exact same fragrance, just less of it, so you can wear it properly before buying a full bottle.
How long does a decant last?
A spray from our atomisers is about 0.05 ml, and most people wear 3 or 4 sprays. That makes a 3 ml vial about 60 sprays, a 5 ml about 100, and a 10 ml about 200. Kept out of heat and sunlight, the fragrance stays good for years.
Why do you only ship by road?
Perfume is alcohol-based, so it counts as a flammable liquid. Australia Post only carries it by road, which rules out Express Post and international delivery. It also caps each parcel at 150 ml, so larger orders need to be split in two.
Do you ship to Tasmania?
Not yet. Road-only parcels cannot cross Bass Strait, so we can only deliver to mainland Australia for now. If you order to a Tasmanian address, we refund you in full.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat $10.95 per order, anywhere on the mainland. Every parcel is tracked.
Can I return a decant?
Because perfume is a personal-care product, we cannot take back decants you have changed your mind about. If a vial arrives broken, leaking or not as described, email us a photo within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Can I pay with Afterpay?
Not at the moment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe.
Are you affiliated with the brands?
No. We are an independent decanting service. Brand names are used only to identify the genuine product each decant is poured from.
