Cost
Shipping is a flat $10.95 per order, anywhere on the mainland. Every parcel is tracked.
Where we deliver
Mainland Australia, including PO boxes and parcel lockers. We can't deliver to Tasmania or offshore islands yet, because Australia Post won't carry perfume by sea. If an order comes through to an address we can't reach, we refund it in full. We don't ship internationally.
How long it takes
Orders leave within 1 to 2 business days. After that, road delivery usually takes:

Regional and remote addresses can take a few days longer. Australia Post emails you tracking once your parcel is on its way.
Order size
Australia Post limits perfume to 150 ml per parcel. If you want more than that, place a second order and we'll send it as a separate parcel.
Packaging
Each vial is sealed at the neck, bagged with an absorbent pad and packed in a padded box so it can't move around.
Returns
Perfume is a personal-care product, so we can't accept returns because you've changed your mind. If a decant arrives broken, leaking or isn't what you ordered, email hello@iconicscents.shop with your order number and a photo within 7 days. We'll send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.
