What you're buying
A decant is a portion of a genuine fragrance, transferred by us from the original bottle into a new glass atomiser. It is not packaged or sold by the brand, and Iconic Scents is not affiliated with any brand we stock.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars. We are not registered for GST, so no GST is charged. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place your order.
Orders
Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and Stripe emails your receipt. If we can't fill an order, for example because a bottle runs out or the address is outside mainland Australia, we refund it in full. An order can hold up to150 ml because of Australia Post's rules for posting perfume.
Delivery
Delivery times on our shipping page are estimates. Once a parcel is with Australia Post, we'll help you chase it if it goes missing.
Returns and faults
We don't accept change-of-mind returns on perfume. If a decant arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Use
Perfume is flammable. Keep it away from flames, heat and children, and patch-test on a small area of skin if you have sensitive skin or allergies.
