What we collect
When you order, our payment provider Stripe collects your name, email address, phone number, shipping address and payment details. We receive your name, contact details, address and what you ordered. We never see or store your card number.
Why we collect it
- To process your payment and send your receipt.
- To pack and post your order, and send you tracking.
- To answer your questions and handle any problems with your order.
We don't send marketing emails unless you ask us to, and we never sell your information.
Who we share it with
- Stripe, to take payment (Stripe's privacy policy).
- Australia Post, which needs your name, address and phone number to deliver your parcel.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and stores order records.
Cookies and storage
We don't use cookies for advertising or tracking. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't follow you to other sites. Your bag is saved in your browser's local storage so it's still there when you come back. It never leaves your device until you check out.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as Australian tax law requires, currently five years, and then delete them.
